Accident

Jacob Allen Ingraham, 22, 407 N. Elm St., was cited for failure to yield the right of way to a vehicle on the right after an accident 12:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Harsh and Chestnut streets. The accident also involved Kristina Marie Shields, 21, 1401 Elm Drive.
