William Michael VanScoy, 24, 304 N. Cherry St., was charged midnight Saturday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on Union County warrants for conspiracy to manufacture a controlled substance, a Class C felony, third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of a firearm by a felon, a Class C felony.
