What has “O” accomplished? Good, that is
President “Blame Everybody but Me” showed up in New Orleans on the five year anniversary of Katrina.
I just read a ticker tape across the TV saying there was a “shameful breakdown in adequately handling the disaster.” Translation: It was all George Bush’s fault. It’s been reported that President Bush was not available for comment.
The disaster i.e. economic disaster we find ourselves faced with now was and is of course George Bush’s fault. It doesn’t matter that Barry, Harry, and Nancy have been in charge for nearly two years. Maybe they will own the situation someday.
It’s been rumored that the October surprise could be that Barry will not end the Bush tax cuts due to expire at the end of the year. I suppose anything is possible. You could pick up the paper tomorrow and see that Ellen and Richard Simmons have fallen in love and are getting married, but that’s a little doubtful, too.
Also in the news are stories about the US pulling out of Iraq and declaring the war over. Of course Barry claims he and his boys had everything to do with that one.
I swear I thought Bill Clinton was the biggest presidential Pinocchio in modern history, but this guy’s giving him a good run for that title.
Jima Carter went over to Korea the other day and helped bring somebody home. Don’t know why I just thought of that. Guess it’s ‘cause I was thinking of complete failures.
The economy and jobs will be the big topic from now til the November elections. By the way, how’s that “summer of recovery” working out for you? New home sales keep hitting all time lows. Millions of Americans are out of work and don’t know where to turn. How does our president handle this? He takes another vacation on our dime.
The proposed mosque at Ground Zero in New York continues to be controversial. In the name of political correctness, the left in this country has bent over backwards to be concerned about the sensitivities of the Muslim religion. When was the last time you heard any of the Lame Stream Media be concerned about the sensitivities of Christians or Jews?
We attended the Iowa State Fair this year. One of the spots I like to hit is the Republican booth in the Varied Industries Building. We had the pleasure of meeting U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania.
He has been rumored to be a possible presidential candidate in 2012. Everything I have heard him comment on seems to be coming from a conservative viewpoint.
It was pretty busy in and around the Republican booth.
In contrast, across the aisle at the Democrat booth, I think I heard some crickets chirp! Probably a pretty good reason for that. Iowans and the American people are starting to realize they’ve been had. I am very hopeful but not overconfident that after the November elections some “clear signals” will have been sent.
It looks pretty good both state and nationwide that lots of Liberal bums are going to be thrown out of office. No one should become complacent though. Make sure you’re vocal with the people who represent you. Everyone needs to let them know the impression they have that the American people have given them a blank check he never was the case and will not be tolerated.
The time to take back our country is NOW!
