Dissolution of marriage decrees filed in Union County Courthouse since Dec. 8 include:

Shelby Leigh Quam of Creston, petitioner, and Ricky Lee Quam of Creston, respondent. Both parties were awarded joint legal custody of three minor children.

Sharhia Ann Foutch of Afton, petitioner, and Michael Scott Foutch of Creston, respondent. Sole legal custody of one minor child was awarded to the petitioner.

Linda Ann Harper of Creston, petitioner, and Jimmy Alan Harper of Jefferson, respondent.

Tracey Lynn McGehee of Creston, petitioner, and Michael James McGehee of Mount Ayr, respondent. Both parties were awarded joint legal custody of one minor child with primary physical care awarded to the petitioner.

Laura Jeanmarie Richards of Creston, petitioner, and Danny Joe Richards of Winterset, respondent. Both parties were awarded joint legal custody of three minor children with primary physical care awarded to the respondent.
