Police

Brandon Devon Roby, 19, was charged with possession of paraphernalia noon Friday at 1501 W. Townline St.

According to a Creston Police report, Roby had a grinder used to grind marijuana in his possession. A lawful search was conducted on his dorm room at Southwestern Community College and the grinder was in plain view.

Roby was released on promise to appear.
