Panther freshmen second in tourney
WINTERSET — Creston placed second behind Indianola in the Winterset freshman tournament Thursday night.
In pool play, Creston defeated Winterset 1, 21-17, 21-19; beat Winterset 2, 21-18, 21-7; and split with Indianola, 21-13, 22-24.
In the championship round, Indianola edged Creston, 24-22, 22-20.
