Public hearing to be held on renaming of Swan Street

The Creston City Council will be holding a public hearing 6 p.m. Oct. 16 for the purpose of renaming Swan Street to Green Hills Avenue. Swan Street is located on the south side of the Burton R. Jones complex, and goes from North Elm Street to North Pine Street.
