Loreto Yzaguirre, 33, of Lenox, was charged 11:03 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Michigan and Elm streets for driving while suspended and having improper window tint.
According to a Lenox Police report, a check of Yzaguirre's driver's license showed it to be suspended for non-payment of Iowa fines.
Yzaguirre was transported to the Taylor County Jail, posted bond and was released.
