Local youth group attempts Guinness Record
A youth group in Union County plans to make history by setting a Guinness Book of World Record for the world’s shortest Halloween parade Oct. 28, down a one block street in Creston.
Youth Answering the Call to Community (YACC) is organizing the event to take place on Myrtle Street in Creston.
According to YACC navigator and Myrtle Street resident, Karla Hynes, getting into the legendary book is quite a process.
