Johnathon Watkins, 22, of Kellerton was charged 1:30 a.m. today in Lenox for driving while suspended.

According to a Lenox Police report, a vehicle matching the description of one recenlty involved in a gas drive-off from Casey’s in Lenox was stopped at the intersection of Brooks and Van Buren streets. The driver was identified as Watkins, and a routine check of his driver’s license showed it was suspended for non payment of Iowa fines.

Watkins was transported to Taylor County Jail and the vehicle was impounded.
