David Boyce McIntosh Jr., 25, of Orient, was charged 1:33 a.m. today at the intersection of Adams and Oak streets for possession of prescription medication, second-degree criminal mischief and tresspass.

According to a Creston Police report, McIntosh intentionally punctured the gas tanks of two vehicles with a drill causing damages in excess of $1,000. McIntosh entered the property of another without permission with the intent to commit a public offense. While on the property, McIntosh caused more than $200 damage to an object on the property. Officers conducted a traffic stop on McIntosh’s vehicle for a traffic offense and theft investigation. McIntosh gave officers consent to search the vehicle and multiple pill bottles that didn’t belong to McIntosh were found.

McIntosh is being held on $5,000 bond.
