No citations were issued after an accident 12:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Monroe and Mulberry streets.

According to a Creston Police report, Danny Ray Webb, 61, of Kellerton, was driving a 1987 Pontiac Fiero south on Mulberry Street toward the uncontrolled intersection with Monroe Street. Robert Laine Smith, 36, of Osceola, driving a 1978 Suzuki motorcycle west on Monroe Street, failed to yield to Webb, who was on the right, and the vehicles collided in the intersection. Smith reported injury to his hand but was not transported by medics.

Damage estimates are $2,000 each to Webb and Smith’s vehicles.
