No ‘legislation from the bench’

By now most of you have seen one or more of the signs to vote “no” on the retention of Justice David Wiggins, or you have heard some discussion on the subject. Justice Wiggins is one of the seven who usurped the jobs of the legislature and the governor by trying to change the meaning of marriage. The Supreme Court is to render opinions on laws. It is not to change or make law and demand that others follow the justices’ opinion.
