Cody Michael Jay, 26, of Lenox, was charged 9:51 p.m. Monday in Creston on a Union County warrant for disorderly house.
According to a Union County Sheriff’s report, at 11:43 p.m. May 25, officers from the Afton Police Department and Union County Sheriff’s office were dispatched to a complaint of a loud, underage drinking party at Jay’s residence which was in Afton. Upon arrival, law enforcement found 15 underage people consuming alcohol at Jay’s residence.
Jay was released on $300 bond.
