Alice Blazek, 65, of Fontanelle died Oct. 29, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Steen Funeral Home, 525 Maple St., Fontanelle. The Rev. Cathy Nutting will officiate. Interment will be in Greenfield Cemetery.
