Police
Andrew Clark Moffitt, 25, and Sheli Dawn Ellis, 22, both of 312 N. Jarvis St., were charged 11 a.m. Tuesday at Walmart Supercenter, 806 Laurel St., for fifth-degree theft.
According to a Creston Police report, Moffitt and Ellis took merchandise with the intent to take the items without paying for them. The total amounts of merchandise taken by Moffitt and Ellis were $60.09 and $53.73, respectively.
Both Moffitt and Ellis were issued police citations to appear.
