Aaron Jonathan Shaw, 17, 301 E. Irving St., was cited for no insurance and failure to obey a stop sign after an accident 6:50 p.m. Sunday at Elm and Irving streets. According a Creston police report, Shaw, driving a 1989 Chevrolet west on Irving, did not yield from the stop sign and struck a 1999 Chvrolet driving north on Elm by Jory D. Keuten, 20 of Afton.
Damage estimates are $500 to Shaw’s vehicle and $2,000 to Keuten’s vehicle.
