Exira-EHK wins on late field goal
Murray joins a field of three other undefeated Eight-Man teams in the semifinals this week, but it took a 20-yard field goal with 0.7 seconds left by sophomore Zach Kliefoth to lift the Spartans over Glidden-Ralston, 39-36.
Exira/Elk Horn-Kimballton (12-0) trailed 30-7 late in the third quarter before mounting the comeback. Drew Peppers ran for 190 yards on 29 carries with four touchdowns for Exira-EHK.
