According to a Union County Sheriff report, Sandra Kay-Ritter, 61, of Arkansas, was charged 12:04 a.m. today in Creston on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on original charge of fifth-degree theft.

Barr-Ritter was released on $300 bond.
