Lenox Police

Erik Mullen, 26, of Lenox was charged 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of East Kansas Street for driving with a suspended license and expired license plates.

Mullen was transported to Taylor County Jail.

Matthew J. Davis, 22, of Creston was charged 7 p.m. Friday at Casey's General Store in Lenox for public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

According to a Lenox Police report, an officer observed a man urinating in the parking lot of Casey's. The officer approached the man and identified him as Davis. it was determined Davis was intoxicated. While patting Davis down, marijuana was located in his pocket.

Davis was transported to Taylor County Jail.

James Robert Castillo, 20, of Lenox was charged 7 p.m. Nov. 1 on a Department of Corrections probation violation.

Castillo was transported to Taylor County Jail.

Castillo is being held without bond pending an appearance before a magistrate.
