Brian Lee Atteberry, 22, 403 1/2 S. Elm St., was charged 11:20 a.m. for pre-trial release violation.

Atteberry is being held without bond.

Paul Eugene Hill, 308 N. Cherry St., reported the gas tank on his 1995 GMC had been vandalized with a drill while it was parked at 813 N. Lincoln St. between Oct. 25 and Nov. 8.

Damage estimate is $1,400.
