Michaela Frances Claiser, 30, 1204 N. Pine St., was cited for striking an unattended vehicle and leaving the scene of the accident 1:11 p.m. Thursday.

According to a Creston Police report, Claiser drove out of a parking lot on North Cedar Street, lost control of her vehicle and struck a legally parked vehicle in the front driver’s side. Claiser left the scene of the accident, went home to pick up her boyfriend and then went to the emergency room.

Damage estimates are $1,000 to Claiser’’s vehicle and $3,000 to the parked vehicle. Owner of the parked vehicle was not listed on the accident report.

No citations were issued after an accident Sunday in Nodaway.

According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Tanya Barnard, no age given, of Lamoni collided with a farm tractor when she went to pass the tractor at the same time the tractor was turning.
