Jefferson; temporary street closings Nov. 29 for lighted Christmas parade and fireworks display; appointment with Wayne Pantini, Union County Development Association (UCDA), to discuss development agreement with UCDA; request from Terian Inc. to place a six-foot tall chain-link fence with three stands of barbed wire at 102 W. Union St.; setting community and economic development priorities.
