Dion Gregory Waigand, 13, of Thayer, was referred to Juvenile authorities 3:05 p.m. Thursday in Afton for disorderly conduct.

Waigand was released to his mother.

Robin Arends of Afton reported her apartment on East Polk Street was enteredat 4:31 a.m. Sunday.

Six firearms in cases were turned in to the Union County Sheriff’s office after they were found near Twelve-Mile Lake. Anyone who can identify the firearms is asked to contact the Sheriff’s office.
