ORIENT — Emily Beerman scored 12 points and Carson Heiny added 11 to lead CAM over Orient-Macksburg girls Tuesday night.

Morgan James had 15 points, including two 3-pointers, for the Bulldogs. Gabby Jenkins contributed eight points and a team-high 14 rebounds.

Also for O-M, Shannon Eads had three points and seven defensive rebounds. Chandy Waldhauser grabbed five rebounds and Jasmine Ruckman collected five rebounds, five assists and two steals.

“This game was a tough loss,” said O-M coach Kelli Goodale. “CAM played great defense and made it tough for us offensively. Our girls worked hard and played with a lot of intensity. Unfortunately, we came up on the short end.”
