Adams County Sheriff

Robert Gomes, 25, of Newton, was charged 4:38 p.m. Tuesday for failing to yield, driving with a suspended license, two counts of possession of prescription drugs, and possession of paraphernalia.

This case is still under investigation. Further charges are pending.
