Josselyn Renee Wells, 26, 706 W. Lucas St., was charged 9:44 a.m. Friday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on two Union County warrants for third-degree burglary and failure to comply with pretrial release on an original charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
According to a Creston Police report, Wells entered an unoccupied vehicle that was parked in the Walmart parking lot and took some items from the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle witnessed this happen, approached Wells and told Wells to return the items. Wells returned some of the item and left the scene. The owner of the vehicle went to the Union County Law Center and filled out a statement. A surveillance video was obtained from Walmart confirming the the witness’ statement.
Wells is being held on $50,000 bond at Ringgold County Jail.
