Chelsy M. Ward, 20, of Lenox was charged 11:30 p.m. Friday for possession with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.

According to a Lenox Police report, the charge stemmed from a search warrant served earlier in the evening at Ward’s residence by Lenox Police and Taylor County Sheriff’s office.

Ward was transported to the Ringgold County Jail.

Nathan Drew Simington, 20, and Mason Wegeman, 17, of Lenox were charged 5:30 p.m. Friday for possession with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.

According to a Lenox Police report, Lenox Police, Adams County Sheriff and the Drug Task Enforcement served a search warrant in the 500 block of West Temple Street. During the search, law enforcement seized numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia, cash and more than 1 pound of marijuana.

Simington was transported to the Taylor County Jail and Wageman was transported to a juvenile holding facility in Eldora.
