Monday: glazed pork loaf, oven browned potatoes, cauliflower with cheese sauce, strawberries.

Tuesday: *cook’s choice* chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, baked apple, orange juice.

Wednesday: baked potato bar with ham and cheese, buttered broccoli, sherbert with vanilla wafer.

Thursday: ham and beans, corn bread, cottage cheese with fruit, applesauce cookie.

Friday: *high sodium* salmon loaf, parsley boiled potato, glazed carrots, frosted applesauce bar, orange juice.
