Kiwanis

The weekly Kiwanis meeting was 12:05 p.m. Tuesday at The Windrow with 25 members and two guests. Brad Lorenzen, president, presided. Jane Lowe gave the prayer, and Jim Morris was finemaster.

The program was Ann Coulter, SWCC librarian and president of Creston Library Board of Trustees, who discussed the studies of usage of the Creston Library and surrounding libraries and the possible move to the Lincoln School location.

Ladies Lakeshore Auxiliary

Ladies Lakeshore Auxiliary met Wednesday.

Canasta winners were Connie Bailey, first; Carol Harrison, second; and Beulah McDonald, third.

Joan Chubick won the door prize.

Chubick will be hostess for cards and chatter Wednesday, Jan. 16.
