It was a night of special recognitions for the Creston/O-M state-ranked wrestling team Thursday night, during a pair of blowout victories over Perry (72-7) and Winterset (75-3).

In the first dual of the night, Winterset, now 6-4 for the season, topped Perry by a 51-28 score.

Creston/O-M, No. 5 in Class 2A on the latest Predicament ratings, had seven pins and five forfeit victories in defeating Perry. The Winterset match went even quicker, as the Panthers started the meet with six straight falls, ending with nine in all along with three forfeit victories.
