Majorie Schmoll Rogers, Ark.

Marjorie Schmoll, 95, of Rogers, Ark., died Jan. 11, 2013, at Ashley Health and Rehab. in Rogers, Ark.

Memorial services and inurnment will be held at a later date. Pearson Family Funeral Service, 809 W. Montgomery St., Creston, is in charge of local arrangements. Online condolences may be left at www.pearsonfuneralhomes.com.

Marjorie Lucille Blair Schmoll, daughter of Laura Helen (Mudra) and George Matthew Victor, was born March 22, 1917, in Creston.

Marjorie grew up in Adams County near Prescott and graduated from Prescott High School. She moved to Creston in 1937.

On Sept. 15, 1940, Marjorie married Cecil Blair in Marshalltown. Cecil died in 1972.

Marjorie was a bookkeeper for the gas station Cecil built on Highway 34 in Creston, until she sold the station because of Cecil’s death. She was a bookkeeper at The Hair House and beauty college until her retirement in 1977.

In July 1977, Marjorie married Beryl Wayne Schmoll at the Little Brown Church in Nashua.

They moved to Mountain Home, Ark., in 1984. Wayne died in 2000.

Marjorie was a member of the Methodist Church in both Creston and Mountain Home, Ark.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Fred (Carol) Blair of Bentonville, Ark., Randy (Leanna) Blair of Pryor, Okla., and Bonnie Aamoth of Scottsdale, Ariz.; granddaughters, Kimberly Peak and Shelly, Amber and Erin Blair; two great-grandsons; three great-granddaughters; brother George (Doris) Victor Jr. of Seymour, Mo.; one niece; five nephews; other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husbands, Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; brother Robert Victor and sister-in-law Lillian Victor.
