Paul William Daniels, 28, 119 W. Montgomery St., was charged 12:15 a.m. Sunday on a Union County Warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree operating while intoxicated.

Daniels is being held on $1,000 bond in the Union County Jail.
