Johnathan Locke, 20, of Nodaway was charged 9:36 p.m. Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
According to a Adams County Sheriff report, Locke was charged on a warrant stemming from an incident that took place Sunday.
Lock was released on $1,500 bond.
