Creston/O-M dominates Shenandoah, Red Oak

Marlin breaks school wins record

SHENANDOAH — The Creston/Orient-Macksburg wrestling team easily defeated both Shenandoah and Red Oak here on Tuesday in double dual action, collecting a total of 15 pins for the night.

The Panthers collected seven pins against Red Oak in a 62-15 win, and eight pins against Shenandoah in a 54-25 win.

“That’s one of those things for us — a lot of times we get pins going and it snowballs,” head coach Darrell Frain said. “It makes a close match turn into a big margin, and that’s what happened again for us tonight.”
