Virginia Jean Keasy, 38, and Michael David Johns, 35, both of 701 W. Jefferson St., Apt. 1, were charged 3:30 p.m. Tuesday with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine.

According to a Creston Police report, state narcotics agents and Creston Police officers had probable cause, resulting from a narcotics investigation to believe Keasy and Johns conspired with others to manufacture methamphetamine. Pseudoephedrine purchase records indicated Keasy and Johns cooperated with others to obtain precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine with another person.
