Brooke Goldsmith, 20, of Corning was charged 12:59 p.m. Sunday with attempting to purchase alcohol for under age and identity theft.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, charges stemmed from an early incident that took place Friday at the Brooks Bar.
Goldsmith was released on $2,300 bond.
Quentin J. Shehan, 35, of Black Hawk, Colo., was charged 8:36 p.m. Friday with possesion of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possesion of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver's license, no insurance and no drug tax stamp.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, deputies stopped Shehan on 250th and Elm streets and contacted Adams County K-9 Unit to assist. The Adams County K-9 alerted deputies of the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Upon further investigation, Shehan was found to be in control of a large amount of marijuana and a large amount of cash.
Shehan is being held without bond.
