Marissa Drake and Tiffany Shepherd came off the bench for some key defensive contributions, coach Julie Krauth, co-head coach.

“We still struggle at the free throw line at times, but we seem to be able to put them in when needed down the stretch,” Krauth said.

NV turned it over 19 times and allowed 15 offensive rebounds for several easy second-chance baskets, NV coach Tom Thompson said.

“We need to become more focused on every possession on both ends of the floor,” Thompson said.
