T-shirt and bracelet pick up will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-6 p.m. Friday at Creston High School Commons, as well as all day Monday at O-M School office.

Bracelets will be available for purchase at the game. The bracelets are gold and cost $3, or 2 for $5.

Meanwhile, Creston High School will have a “Color Blast” game Feb. 1. For more information, see the info box, right.

Creston “Color Blast” Game Info

Who: Creston High School Panthers will play a double-header basketball game versus Red Oak Tigers.

What: The Panthers are hosting a “Color Blast” awareness basketball game.

Where: The games will be played at Creston High School and Creston Middle School.

When: The Panthers play Feb. 1. At 4:30 p.m. freshman girls play at the high school and freshman boys play at the middle school. At 6 p.m. varsity girls play at the high school and junior varsity boys play at the middle school. At 7:30 p.m. varsity boys play at the high school and junior varsity girls play at the middle school.

Why: The students are hosting the “Color Blast” in order to raise awareness for cancer and community memberes who need help.

How: Creston High School student government and boys and girls basketball are hosting a cancer awareness basketball game. The girls will be wearing pink uniforms during the games, and the boys will be wearing tie-dyed shirts during warm-ups. T-shirts will be available for purchase, colorful food will be for sale and a sign-up sheet for a half-court shot at half-time will be available.

Proceeds: All proceeds raised during the cancer awareness basketball game will go to various causes, including American Cancer Society and students within the Creston School District fighting diseases.
