Dakota Page Earley, 16, 512 Wyoming Ave., was referred to juvenile authorities 9 a.m. Wednesday for disorderly conduct at Creston High School.
Earley was released to her mother.

Dennis Paul Speed, 43, 617 N. Birch St., was charged 11:40 a.m. Wednesday with domestic assault in the 200 block of West Montgomery Street.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Montgomery Street in reference to a fight between a male and female. Upon arrival, officers observed Speed grabbing a female and pushing her against a building.
Speed is being held on $300 bond.

Nicholas Andrew Colburn, 511 Elm St., reported the driver's side window of his vehicle was broken while it was parked at his residence between 9 p.m. Monday and 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Damage estimate is $150.
