Michael Lee Hulse, 24, 502 S. Maple St., was charged 9:20 a.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana.

According to a Creston Police report, at 11:45 a.m. on June 12, Michael Lee Hulse illegally distributed marijuana to a cooperating individual in Creston. The transaction was monitored, recorded and documented by officers with Tri-County Narcotics and the Creston Police Department.

Hulse was released on $5,000 bond.
