Panther bowlers get preview of Regional lanes

LEON — The Creston/Orient-Macksburg bowling teams got a sneak preview of what the Regional Tournament will look like in Leon on Feb. 14, when they traveled to Leon to take on Central Decatur on Saturday.

Head coach Ron Pendegraft called Saturday’s meet a learning lesson, and said his team “survived” the meet, coming away with wins from both sides.

The Panther boys defeated Central Decatur 2216-1345, while the girls had a much closer match with the Cardinals, winning 2134-2014.
