According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to Jennings' residence 7:30 p.m. Jan. 1. Upon arrival, officers observed a minor banging on an exterior door of the residence. Officers located Jennings, the minor's parent, inside the residence. Jennings advised an argument occurred between her and her child.
