Monday: *high sodium* salmon loaf, parsley boiled potato, glazed carrots, frosted applesauce bar, orange juice.

Tuesday: glazed pork loaf, oven browned potatoes, cauliflower with cheese sauce, strawberries.

Wednesday: cook’s choice.

Thursday: baked potato bar with ham, cheese, buttered broccoli, sherbet with vanilla wafer.

Friday: ham and beans, corn bread, cottage cheese with fruit, applesauce cookie.
