Police

Ryan Wayne Feldhacker, 33, 408 S. Vine St., was charged 9:11 p.m. Wednesday with first-degree public intoxication.

According to a Creston Police report, officers responded to a complaint of a male banging on a house with a shovel in the 600 block of West Adams Street. As officers were in route, additional complaints reported a male was physically charging cars on Adams Street. Upon arrival, an officer observed a man known to him as Feldhacker walking and impeding traffic in the center of the eastbound lane. As the officer spoke with Feldhacker, Feldhacker’s eyes were bloodshot and watery, and his speech was slurred. Feldhacker stumbled while walking and was unbalanced while standing. Feldhacker stated he had been drinking.

Feldhacker is being held on $300 bond.
