Article:	It's all coming together From Jamie Ray • Creston \| Let's see if I am understanding correctly. The infrastructure within the city is deteriorating, needed repairs have been put off time and time again. We now have garbage pickup on city streets, breaking them down at a faster rate. We could have been still maintaining alleys, but the cost savings in the short term was more beneficial. Someday we will have to figure out how to pay for the long term.
