Gail Diers, 87, of Orient died Feb. 10, 2013, at his home.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Greenfield. The Rev. Ken Gross will officiate. Burial will be in Orient Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. today with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at Steen Funeral Home, 101 S.E. Fourth St., Greenfield. Gail Wayne Diers, son of Mary Ann (Burg) and William Christopher Diers, was born June 5, 1925, on the family farm near Orient.
