Monday: fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, creamy cole slaw, apricots, orange juice.

Tuesday: beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, buttered carrots, blushed pears, orange juice.

Wednesday: *high sodium* chili with crackers, sunshine salad, cinnamon roll.

Thursday: baked fish, baked potato, green beans with bacon, tapioca pudding.

Friday: BBQ rib sandwich, parmesan potatoes, pickled beets, ice cream with strawberries.
