Adam Roan, 411 W. Kansas St., Afton, was charged Friday with manufacturing methamphetamine after law enforcement found a large meth lab at his residence. "In my 25 years, this is probably the fourth or fifth largest meth lab I've seen," said Afton Police Chief John Coulter this morning (Monday).
