Lorimor woman dies in Friday crash
Michelle Schrodt, 48, or Lorimor died after an accident 10:40 p.m. Friday on Yellow Rose Avenue.
According to an Iowa State Patrol report, Schrodt, driving a 2007 Ford on Yellow Rose Avenue, lost control on the gravel. As Schrodt’s vehicle went to the shoulder, she over corrected and struck a tree. The car came to rest in a culvert and caught on fire. Schrodt was transported by ambulance to Greater Regional Medical Center.
